This statement discloses the privacy practices for Techquest
International, Inc. (Techquest) and its associated
Web sites (www.tqinc.com). As part of the normal operation of
this site, we collect and, in some cases, disclose information
about you. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect
about you and what may happen to that information.
If you have signed a Techquest Product/Service Agreement, you
may request access to your account and information related thereto.
As part of the process of giving you access to your account, we
may request information that identifies you as a customer, such
as your password and/or login information. Techquests software
encrypts all such customer-identifying information provided to
us. We recommend that you not divulge your password to anyone,
since you are responsible for any activities undertaken through
the use of your password access, whether by you or by someone
else.
We may use a cookie to enable you to navigate through
the restricted area. In order to improve our site, we use cookies
to track your visit and to facilitate your movements within our
site. A cookie is small amount of data that is stored by your
browser on your computer's hard drive.
When you visit the Techquest Web site (http://www.tqinc.com) and
engage in certain activities, Techquest may request certain personally
identifying information about you. For example, when you request
information about Techquest products/services, Techquest may ask you

address and company. Techquest may use this information to respond
to your request, and keep you informed about new or existing service

Information that is stored electronically by Techquest.

necessary to prevent injury or property damage. We will usually
attempt to notify you when we are making such a disclosure, but
we may not do so in an emergency, or when we are prohibited by
law or court order from giving such notice.
From time to time, we provide information to our customers in
the form of electronic and/or print newsletters. When you subscribe
to a Techquest newsletter, you will be added to our mailing list
and will receive announcements and information about Techquest.
The announcements and information will come from Techquest, not
from third parties. It will be emailed directly to the email address
that you provide when you subscribe. To subscribe to Techquest
newsletters, we ask for your full name, company name and email
address. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us
in the future, please let us know. Just send an email to newsletter@tqinc.com
with 'unsubscribe' in the body, or follow the "UNSUBSCRIBE"
instructions that will be contained within any newsletter email
that we send to you.
You can help Techquest to maintain the accuracy of your information
by notifying us of any change to your subscription information.
